This number repeatedly calls my disabled "MINOR" childs cell phone he has for emergencies. It is a telemarketer whom has been asked repeatedly NOT to call this number.

This is a collection agency called "United Recovery Services". They are based out of Houston, Texas and they use local call routing to make the call from them appear to be local when in fact they are calling from Texas. Depending on how they spoof the local digits for caller id this may be illegal, but at they very least it is unethical. Then again, since when have collection agencies ever been worried about ethics?
